Other regions in Romania, EU , or other countries - delivery conditions and charges will be agreed together with the client.
Returns and refund
All FREE OF CHARGE deliveries in Bucharest , must be checked, and accepted on delivery. No returns or refunds will be available later if Accepted. !
All items that are shipping charged, ( other regions in Romania, EU or other countries, ) will be fully refunded if returned within 5 business days from shipping arrival date.
I will refund with the original payment method used for purchase as soon as I receive the returned item. The refund will include the full value of the returned item , but will exclude any original delivery charges, and the charges you may occur when returning the item. Please allow 2 business days for the refunded amount to go into your bank account.
If your item have arrived damaged please let me know within 2 days from shipping arrival!
Damaged due to shipping - Please return them to me for inspection and I will either offer a replacement or a full refund - depending on your preference. I will also refund the costs incurred when posting the item back to us.
Repairs & Replacement Parts:
If your item get's accidentally damaged in time (excluding shipping damage) , please contact me at aiyana@aiyana-light.com, include pictures to show the damage and I will reply to you, with the best solution to have it repaired. Charges may apply.
This does not include light bulb failure ,switch or cord sectioning.
IMPORTANT
Refund, Return or Replacement do not apply if not respected any of the following :
1. ALL AIYANA products are designed exclusively for indoor space!
2. Cleaning, dusting may be used with a dry soft antistatic cloth or low pressured air.
3. Do not use any water, or other cleaning solution as they may affect the lightshade.
4. Light source is either LED lightbulb or LED strip. (depends on the item you have purchased). Do not use/change with higher power lighting source- FIRE HAZARD of the lightshade)
5. The LED lightbulb or LED strip equipped are a low voltage light sources. DO NOT USE INCANDESCENT LIGHTBULB ! - FIRE HAZARD of the lightshade)
6. Keep it in a safe place for Kids, as some parts may cause injuries.
